If you are doing a load build up, make sure you have a chronograph. What the powder chart shows on here is not what I saw in practice. They were MUCH higher in my Remington 700 Sendero, it could be that it has 26″ barrel. Shot well, with good groups. Over all, I’m pleased! Just watch your speed.

Improved accuracy over H4350 with 140 grain Berger VLD Hunting bullets. 4350 is still the standard but 4955 gave me slightly better accuracy and velocity.

Did a workup with 160 barns tsx, 160 Nosler Accubonds, &175 Partitions.160 Accubonds were amazing in terms of groups – SDs just under 20. 175’s had great SD’s (3ish fsp). Groups could use some work. Interesting powder with a lot of potential. I’d recommend.

I worked up a load with 4955 for my 7 saum, it works great with 162 eld-x’s. I did use a crono and had no issues with pressure, I loaded out to 60grn but found a sweet spot at 58.8grn. Although I do prefer H4831sc over this it is still a great powder.
